cmd/felis/nano.go:16 的注释说 "felis setup --nano / the bootstrap nano choice install this as the runtime service"，但 felis setup 上没有 --nano 这个 flag —— grep -rn "nano" cmd/felis/setup*.go 无命中。bootstrap 那一路的安装选项是有的，缺的只是 TUI/CLI 这一侧的入口。

Found by Claude Opus 5 (claude-opus-5) while checking the nano install seams on 2026-07-28.

env seam 已经就位，加个 flag 把它接出来即可。

正文最后一句「env seam 已经就位，加个 flag 把它接出来即可」是错的，这条是我写的，在这里更正。

FELIS_INSTALL_MODE 在 Go 里只出现在两处，而且都是注释：cmd/felis/nano.go:17 和 :22。全仓真正读写它的只有 deploy/bootstrap.sh —— 它是 bootstrap 自己消费的 shell 变量，Go 这边没有任何代码读它。所以不存在「已经就位的 env seam」，--nano 也就没有可以接出来的东西。

正文其余部分成立：cmd/felis/nano.go:16 的注释确实那样写了，felis setup 上确实没有 --nano（git grep -n nano -- 'cmd/felis/setup*.go' 零命中）。

felis setup 不做选择性安装，它是跑完整 bootstrap TUI 重装主机。所以 --nano 只可能是两种东西之一：重跑安装器（等于现在已经有的），或者把一台整机拆成 nano（那是卸载流程，不是一个 flag）。

4e5a809（在 MliroLirrorsIngenuity/Felis#19 里）删掉了 nano.go 里那句不成立的承诺，并把不加这个 flag 的理由写在原地。方向和本 issue 的验收相反，所以那个 PR 用的是 Refs #16 不是 Closes——建议关成 wontfix，但这是你的决定。
